1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following standard shipping methods:

West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, and any unforeseen delays during transit.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (please refer to our promotions or check our FAQ for more details).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that certain circumstances (such as weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen events) may cause delays. If your order experiences a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
